Where is my order and how can I track It?
Once your product is on its way we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email that states the tracking number of your parce.
If your postal tracking number isn’t working, please allow up to 48 hours and try again. Sometimes the information on carriers websites takes longer than usual to show updates.

What to do if my parcel is missing but tracking status is delivered
We recommend that you try the following :
- Check your shipping details on the Order Confirmation and make sure they’re correct.
- Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.
- Check (if applicable) with your doorman, by your garage, or perhaps a side door.
Orders are sometimes left there by the postal service. - Ask your local post office if they can provide any further information on the whereabouts of your package and be sure to have your tracking number with you on hand.

Jewelry care & warranty
All our jewelry is made of high quality materials and coatings. In order to ensure optimal quality, it is important to handle your jewelry with care. Therefore, we recommend taking off your jewelry while:
o Showering/washing
o Sanitizing your hands with alcohol (more specifically for rings)
o Sleeping (especially necklaces)
o Spraying perfume, oils, lotions
o Swimming
o Exercising / playing sports
o Cleaning
We offer 3 months warranty for gold plated silver/gold-filled items. The warranty does not include damage, tear, break or tarnish of the item from improper use.
How do I place a special request for my item
We would be pleased to customize your item to your exact requirements. All you need to do is to type your special request into the message box in the bottom of the product page.
Can I add a Gift Note to my order?
Yes, your note will be printed in stylish script font, exactly as it is received. All you need to do is to type your note text into the message box in the bottom of the product page.
What is the cancellation or changes time frame?
Production of your personalized item will begin immediately after we have processed your order. Since each item is uniquely made, please let us know up to 12 hours after placing your order that you want to cancel or change it. Please contact us on WhatsApp or email novaspiritshop@gmail.com.
